A FINE PHOTOGRAPH, SIGNED AND DATED (1933) BY EINSTEIN.
A beautiful headshot, signed by Einstein in full (“Albert Einstein 1933.”) in the left bottom margin; also signed by the photographer Aaron Tycko in the bottom right margin. Tycko was a noted portrait photographer with a studio in the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. This photograph was taken when Einstein was touring the United States in 1932-33. Hitler came to power in January 1933 and Einstein never returned to Germany.
Size (with margins): 7.25 x 9.75in (184x249mm). Signature slightly faded, mounting residue on verso. Image fine.
